My training, lived experience and spiritual practices have shaped my unique approach to supporting, what started with my close circle to now my community.

As a life learner of the mysteries and the arts I have always sought for ways to express myself and interpret how our experiences and challenges affect us in a deeper and meaningful way.
I’ve come to realise life is a game and how we choose to play, determines the narrative, however, the healing journey is challenging, our personal experience, holistic; and the path of growth and transformation.
