Energy and Crystal Healing

Meet your energetic twin!

In working with the subtle bodies, I access layers of the ‘whole self’ through one’s energetic pOrtals. I work with a 5D model and seek to align with the dualities of our nature & understand the undertones of what may be impacting different aspects of ourselves.

Before I begin a day of service to others, I create sacred space, aligning the trinity of mind, body, spirit to be in service to the best of my ability.

The Energetic Tune Up is a lovely introduction to Crystal Healing, where I work with 9 vortices to purify and activate these systems linked to the spiritual, mental, etheric, emotional and physical realms. It’s basically an energetic spa bath!

This balance and activation is available at wellbeing markets. See Upcoming Events or the Events page.

Testimonials

I had a crystal healing session with Paula and I have to say, it was sensational! Literally. The sensations I felt throughout the session were so intense and so beautiful…I almost felt I was floating above my body. There was a strong feeling of power in my root chakra, I am guessing it was when Paula was working on it. I was holding two crystals in my hands, and the right one was giving me strong heat waves and a pleasant feeling of joy. So many sensations! I also had pain under my right rib, and after the session the pain was less intense. I still have it, but not on the same strong level. I am truly grateful to Paula, I highly recommend having a session with her – you will have an experience like no other!

Before the reading, my situation was very negative, I was jobless and sad. Paula gave the best reading providing insight about my situation, exploring what my dream job is and instead of giving a prediction she gave advice on how to get a desired job. Paula also explored the challenges and issues that I face currently. I really liked her reading style, it was easy to understand and she explained everything. Thanks again I hope to get another reading from you next time.

I had the pleasure of having the Star Tracker reading with Paula. The reading was insightful, relaxed and focused on my actual goals and purpose for the reading. I came out of the session feeling like I am on the right path and having some clarity about what to focus on and where I need to focus my energies. Paula’s manner is gentle, guiding, reassuring but also clear which challenged me at times. If you want clarity and are searching for a way forward, I would recommend a reading with Paula.
