As an ethical and professional Energy Healing Practitioner and Arts Facilitator my commitment to you is to ensure I create a sacred and welcoming space for your session, completely focused and present.
Your Commitment:
Is to show up prepared with questions or an understanding of your situation or circumstances you seek insight. You are willing and open to the messages that come up during the sessions. You will have a clear mind not affected by alcohol or drugs etc.
My Services:
My services are for energy healing, tarot, creative & esoteric workshops, ritual theatre in which I use a combination of accredited training, intuition and knowledge. I am not qualified in the legal, medical or financial fields and will not provide advice in these areas.
Payment:
Payment for my services are made securely via credit card or bank transfer at the time of booking. Funds must be cleared before I action a reading.
Please shop mindfully as I do not offer Refunds for sessions, if you encounter an issue after payment you must contact me immediately within 24 hours. A Client Agreement form which acts as these Terms and Conditions outlines the expectations of myself and clients, this must be acknowledged at time of payment. Each session is a personalised package, a great deal of time and effort goes into producing an empowered service and as such, do not offer refunds, including change of mind. Reviewing the agreement, code of ethics and testimonials available is important in deciding if I am the right practitioner for you. If I need to cancel an appointment, I will offer a refund or a rescheduled appointment.
Bookings / Appointments:
Once you have perused the offerings I offer, you may book your desired session from the Booking Flow selection and select a suitable date and time from the calendar and proceed with payment through Checkout.
If you need to reschedule or cancel please contact me at least 24 hours beforehand. There are no rescheduled appointments for no-shows.
Sessions:
Once I have received a booking from you, you will receive a confirmation email. At the beginning of a session, I will provide a Client Form to be completed, questions include specific concerns, healing goals, or injuries. We discuss this over tea and I will clarify any information. If you have booked for Transpersonal Crystal Healing(R) session, we discuss more in depth your specific concerns and healing goals. Energy Healing is non- invasive, crystals will be place on the body and at times very light touch may be applied, in this instance I will seek your approval first.
Herbs and incense are used in sessions; you have the opportunity to advise if you are sensitive to any types of incense. Working with the subtle energetic bodies, light headedness may be experienced after the healing session, I will guide and support you as you sit up and encourage you to take a couple of minutes whilst I provide grounding support before you leave.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
I will keep client information and discussions in strict confidence. I uphold record keeping practices by securely storing readings electronically to preserve client’s confidentiality and privacy. I will never share your information with third parties. Information will only be released on request/approval by the client or required by a court of law.
If the client intends to harm themselves or others, it is within my duty of care to report such cases to the appropriate services or authorities.
Dispute Resolution:
Should a client be unhappy with their experience, I encourage them to email me to describe why they had a negative experience. The feedback will be reviewed against my standards, the service description, code of ethics/policies/terms and conditions. Clarification during sessions are available and consideration will be made should a refund be considered.
Limitations on Liability:
By using the services offered on this website (energy healing, tarot, creative/esoteric/ritual workshops) you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent if under 18 and are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Tarot readings are for entertainment and information purposes only. I am not responsible for how you use the website or information from any session and you should not rely on it to make important decisions. Information on the website or which is delivered in a session is not a substitute for hiring an appropriate professional advisor or seeking the advice or counsel of a qualified health care professional.
I am not responsible for your (or any other person’s) use of any Information. In no way am I liable for any direct or indirect damages however caused to you or any other person, even if I am advised of the possibility of such damage.
Other:
Clients will have an opportunity to ask for clarity during their booked session. I cannot guarantee the outcome of the sessions and my comments about the outcome are expressions of opinion only. I cannot make any guarantees other than to deliver the services purchased as described. All my Tarot readings are intended for entertainment purposes only. Energy Healing, creative, ritual workshops are to support the wellbeing of the client only.
