As an ethical and professional Tarot Advisor my commitment to you is to ensure I create a sacred and welcoming space for your reading, completely focused and present.
Your Commitment:
Is to show up prepared with questions or an understanding of your situation or circumstances you seek insight. You are willing and open to the messages that come up for the reading. You will have a clear mind not affected by alcohol or drugs etc.
My Services:
My services are for a Tarot reading in which I use a combination of intuition, Tarot knowledge and messages from spirit. I am not qualified in the legal, medical or financial fields and will not read for advice in these areas.
Payment:
Payment for my services are made securely via credit card & bank transfer at the time of booking. Funds must be cleared before I action the reading.
Please shop mindfully as I do not offer Refunds for readings, if you encounter an issue after payment you must contact me immediately within 24 hours. A Client Agreement form which acts as these Terms and Conditions outlines the expectations of myself and clients, this must be acknowledged at time of payment. Each reading is a personalised package, a great deal of time and effort goes into producing an empowered service and as such, do not offer refunds, including change of mind. Reviewing the agreement, code of ethics and testimonials available is important in deciding if I am the right reader for you.
Bookings / Appointments:
Once you have perused the Tarot packages I offer, you may book your desired reading by selecting Add to Cart button and proceed to the payment page through Checkout.
For in person or Zoom readings, please book via the calendar on the chosen Tarot package page. If you need to reschedule or cancel please contact me at least 24 hours beforehand. There are no rescheduled appointments for no-shows.
Sessions:
How do my readings work? Once I have received a booking from you, you will receive a confirmation email accompanied with the Client Intake form where you can submit question/s, provide information on the situation you seek insight on. Once this is received, I will clarify any information if needed and/or confirm when I am ready to action the reading. I create a personalised ‘cosmic map’ which allows me to understand your current pathway (numerologically speaking) and to connect with your energy for the reading. Once I perform the reading, I type it up and include a photo of the Tarot spread. You will receive it in the form of a PDF booklet within 7 days of payment unless specified otherwise. You also have the opportunity to ask for clarification.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
I will keep client information and discussions in strict confidence. I uphold record keeping practices by securely storing readings electronically to preserve client’s confidentiality and privacy. I will never share your information with third parties. Information will only be released on request/approval by the client or required by a court of law.
If the client intends to harm themselves or others, it is within my duty of care to report such cases to the appropriate services or authorities.
Dispute Resolution:
Should a client be unhappy with the Tarot reading experience, I encourage them to email me to describe why they had a negative experience. The feedback will be reviewed against my standards, the service description, code of ethics/policies/terms and conditions. Clarification on readings are available and consideration will be made should a refund be considered.
Limitations on Liability:
By using the services offered on this website (free or paid Tarot readings) you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Tarot readings are for entertainment and information purposes only. I am not responsible for how you use the website or information from Tarot readings and you should not rely on it to make important decisions. Information on the website or which is delivered in a Tarot reading is not a substitute for hiring an appropriate professional advisor or seeking the advice or counsel of a qualified health care professional.
I am not responsible for your (or any other person’s) use of any Information. In no way am I liable for any direct or indirect damages however caused to you or any other person, even if I am advised of the possibility of such damage.
Other:
Clients will have an opportunity to ask for clarity on their reading. I cannot guarantee the outcome of reading efforts and my comments about the outcome are expressions of opinion only. I cannot make any guarantees other than to deliver the services purchased as described. All my readings are intended for entertainment purposes only.
